  4. Clearing means to replace a number with zero. The clearing operations are:

  6. Clearing Sequence        Effect        
  7. g CLx                                            Clears display
  8.                                                             (X-register)

  10.     Run Mode:                            Clears last digit or
  11.                                                             entire display.
  12.     Program Mode:            Deletes current
  13.                                                             instruction.
  14. f CLEAR ‚àë                            Clears statistics
  15.                                                             storage registers,
  16.                                                             display, and the
  17.                                                             memory stack.
  18. f CLEAR PRGM
  19.     Run Mode:                        Repositions program
  20.                                                             memory to line 000.
  21.     Program Mode:        Deletes all program
  22.                                                             memory.
  23. f CLEAR REG                    Clears the data
  24.                                                             storage registers.
  25.               (it does not affect the
  26.               stack or the LAST X
  27.               register)
  28. f CLEAR PREFIX        Clears any prefix
  29.                                                         from a partially
  30.                                                         entered key sequence.
